At Rise & Vibe Coffee, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee products quickly and reliably. Every order is carefully processed to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to enjoy.


Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • shipping destination

  • selected delivery method

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time.


Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, your order may be delayed or returned to us by the carrier. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Rise & Vibe Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • incorrect shipping information

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a satisfactory resolution.


Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Because our products are consumable food and beverage items, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee products due to safety and freshness standards.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we will gladly assist you.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
